Community Explorer Online (CEO) allows municipalities to access their Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data using a web browser, providing an easy-to-use tool for querying municipal information and viewing maps.

This help provides information about the functionality of CEO, and how to accomplish certain tasks using the product.  The guide assumes that the reader is already familiar with the use of a web browser, and that the reader has no familiarity with GIS software.
